We were the ones updating the spreadsheets nobody else touched. Picking up the phone because nobody followed up. Fixing the CRM at 10pm because the data was wrong again. Covering for the gaps in every system and every team member who didn't care as much as we did. We didn't start this company because we loved automation. We started it because we were drowning in work that shouldn't have existed in the first place.
Who We Are
The short version
Full Stack AI Automation is a small agency that builds custom dashboards, CRM integrations, and automation systems for local and mid-market businesses. We work with contractors, lenders, distributors, and service companies — the kind of businesses where every hour matters and most software doesn't fit.
We don't resell software or hand over a login. We work alongside your team, learn the actual workflow, and build systems around it. CRMs that your salespeople will use. Automations that don't break. Dashboards that show what matters.
We're based in Austin with team members in Detroit and Phoenix. Remote team, but we show up where it matters.
